Yet again, the Oakfield Farm Bridal Expo was a runaway success. Blessed with beautiful weather, the garden backdrop made this Expo unforgettable. Oakfield Farm is renowned for slick co-ordination and this was obvious with every detail of the Expo.
Visitors were welcomed with Oakfield's latest edition of the Bridal Library magazine, soon to be on sale in CNA and Exclusive Books, and of course, complimentary at Oakfield Farm.
More than 100 Exhibitors presented magnificent stands that were an inspiration for all aspiring couples. From shoes and jewellery, stationery and table favours, all needs were catered for. As with last year, the décor stands exceeded all expectations.
Simply beautiful with so many creative ideas, a testament to the excellence of our wedding suppliers who support the bridal expos countrywide.
The food court was very popular. Wonderful food at exceptionally reasonable prices, set in an awesome forest setting.
The Fashion Show started with a bang, with the Oakfield horse & carriage bringing Jacinda, who many of you might remember from "survivor" right in to the Bedouin marguee, serenaded by Gary Sletcher on the saxophone.
Mr South Africa - Stephen Segal, set the Fashion Show alight with his wit and ability to interact with the crowd. Never before have such beautiful dresses been enjoyed by such an enthusiastic audience. The finale of which was the R40,000 function, donated by Oakfield Farm, Cor de Rosa, Flower Creations and Blast Entertainment. As far as Wedding Expos go, this Expo will be remembered as one of the finest in South Africa
